Happy Monday! Let’s take a just a quick minute to catch up on the latest happenings in our local dining scene! Here’s what’s new this past week:
Business Updates
- Brewe’Ha’s will be closed for renovations from June 22 – June 30.
- The former CVS location which was slated to be the new home for the return of 8 Bit Arcade Bar to Bloomington fell through, but positive news – they have found a new home in Downtown Bloomington – keep an eye out for updates coming soon.
- The long awaited arrival of Raising Canes will be here in less than a month. After being delayed a couple of times, their tentative opening date is Tuesday, July 15th.
- Uncle Tony’s Food For the Soul looks for assistance in completing their brick-and-mortar project. Visit their Facebook page for details.
Anniversaries
- On June 11th Pizza Payaa celebrated 2 years in their Uptown Normal location and 5 years in business!
- Funky Brew (Gridley) celebrated their 1 year anniversary on June 14th
Business Hour Changes
- Denny’s Doughnuts – Summer hours will be 6am- 2pm Monday-Sunday. (Effective Monday, June 16th through Sunday August 3rd)
