Salt Fork Food Works – Bloomington Food Hub (formerly Martinelli’s Market) is located in Downtown Bloomington at 212 North Center Street in the Ensenberger building and serves as a retail location for Central Illinois Bakehouse goods as well as other locally sourced products.
They are open Saturdays year-round from 7:00 am until 2:00 pm or they sell out.
