Prime Rib (JD Cut – $49; RD Cut – $52) – Rubbed with fresh garlic herbs, sea salt and cracked black pepper, then slow-roasted. Served with roasted garlic mashed potatoes, grilled asparagus and red wine au jus.
Roasted Lamb ($24) – Served with carrots, Brussel sprouts, and Yukon gold potatoes. Toppes with rosemary red wine gravy.
