Downtown Bloomington Farmer’s Market

The Downtown Bloomington Farmers’ Market is a producer-only market that offers a wide variety of farm products, such as vegetables, fruits, cheeses, pork, beef, free-range poultry and eggs, flowers, plants, herbs, and more. The farmers who grow and produce these items sell them directly to residents at the market.

The primary purpose of the Farmers’ Market is to energize Downtown Bloomington by increasing consumers’ knowledge and appreciation for the quality and benefits of locally grown and produced agricultural products. The Farmers’ Market also provides alternative marketing opportunities for growers and producers of Illinois agricultural commodities and other farm-related products, promotes the sale of Illinois-grown farm products, and improves the variety, freshness, taste, and nutritional value of produce available to consumers in the McLean County area.

The Outdoor Farmers Market is open every Saturday from 7:30 a.m. to 12 p.m./Noon from May to October. The Indoor Market takes place at the Grossinger Motors Arena from November to April from 9 am to 12 p.m./Noon.
