Happy Monday! Let’s take a just a quick minute to catch up on the latest happenings in our local dining scene! Here’s what’s new this past week:
Business Updates
- Sharkey’s (known for fish, chicken and sandwiches) is getting ready to open soon at 1715 Bradford Lane – the former location of Ray’s Steak & Lemonade.
- Pickles and Honey Soulful Kitchen was looking for a kitchen space for their catering business. On July 1st they officially signed a lease with a local business owner, allowing Pickles and Honey Soulful Kitchen to operate in their commercial kitchen space until they secure their own brick and mortar location. They are currently working and raising funds to help find their own permanent space. You can learn more on their FB page.
- Craft beer lovers were thrilled to hear the news of Lexington’s Analytical Brewing’s announcement of a second location opening in Peoria’s Warehouse District at 831 SW Adams.
Anniversaries
- While June 25th was the official 3-year anniversary of Analytical Brewing, they celebrated this past Saturday announcing the news about their new location.
- Run N’ Erin’s Bar & Grill celebrated their 2-year anniversary on Saturday 7/12.
