Delivery Drivers: Flingers in Bloomington, IL is looking to hire experienced Delivery Drivers, with starting pay from $15/hr plus tips. (And the tips are good.) If you know all the best routes around BloNo, drive safely, and enjoy saying hello to great customers at the door, you’re a prime candidate! Come join the team and deliver the city’s best pizza to the city’s best customers.
DETAILS: Night and/or weekend availability is required, but there might be occasional day shifts available too. Candidates must provide their own vehicle and have proof of insurance.
Kitchen Crew & Pizza Makers: Flingers in Bloomington, IL is looking to hire experienced candidates to join our Kitchen Crew. The ideal applicants will have multiple continuous and consecutive years’ experience working “back of house” in a commercial kitchen setting, and be seeking longevity and stability from this position. Starting pay range is $16-$18/hr, based on experience. We’re looking for applicants who would have the ability and desire to become long-term, core fixtures of the Flingers universe. DETAILS: Must be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time; evening and/or weekend availability is preferred. Roles may include: general kitchen prep, cut line & pizza making.
Hosts: Flingers in Bloomington, IL is looking to hire Hosts to join our team! Starting pay range is $15.50/hr. Generally, the best candidates for this position are naturally outgoing, personable, attentive, accommodating, and eager to be helpful. Your job as a host is to make customers feel heard, seen, and welcome when they walk in, with your attentiveness reassuring them that their name isn’t going to get lost on a long wait list (especially on busy nights). So if you smile naturally, make great eye contact, and don’t hesitate to initiate conversations, you might be a prime candidate.
This is an entry-level position in the Flingers structure, but it comes with tremendous opportunities for growth and advancement. Many of our best servers and bartenders began as hosts, so if you’re reliable, hard-working, and prove yourself to be a superstar behind the host stand, promotions and pay increases are certainly possible.
Experience isn’t necessary; we’ll train you. So if you’re ready to join the Flingers team, the best way to get your foot in the door is by standing right inside the door …at the host stand.
