St. Patrick’s Day Food and Drink (2023)

St. Patricks’ Day is a huge holiday in the US. What started off as a religious holiday to honor the patron saint of Ireland has turned into a great excuse to celebrate with food, drink and a little bit of Irish spirit.

We’ve rounded up the list of just some of the delicious Irish feasts (and drinks, of course) this St. Patrick’s day in Bloomington-Normal. All items are for Friday, March 17th unless noted otherwise.

FOOD

1107 West Bar & Grill: $13 Corned Beef platters; Drinks: $3 Guinness, $3 Irish Honey whiskey, $4 Jameson (all flavors), $6 Car Bombs

Under the Ground BloNo: (3/17 until 7 pm) Housemade Seitan “Corned Beef” Reuben (comes with sauerkraut, vegan or dairy cheese and vegan Russian dressing on marbled rye) , an Irish Potato Bowl (Roasted caraway potatoes, sauteed cabbage and leeks, caramelized onions and sauerkraut with melty cheese and a drizzle of vegan Russian dressing), and vegan (dairy free) Shamrock Shakes
