A bit lighter week, but here’s your Monday Minute for August 10th:
Business Updates
- Fiesta Ranchera at 1041 JC Parkway has recently reopened! The location had been temporarily shut down since a fire in early May.
- David’s Coffee in Eastland Mall has closed. The location was formerly a Gloria Jeans for many years.
- Minonk Chocolate Company officially opened for their Fall season on September 1st. Fall Hours are Monday–Friday: 9 am to 5 pm and Saturday 9 am to 1 pm. Get your caramel apples while you can!
- Pop Up Hot Chicken is now open. The former Pop Up Chicken Shop has new owners which are not affiliated in any way with the previous ownership. (For the full scoop and interviews with the new owners, check out Taste of BloNo‘s interview series.)
Hour Changes
- Viking Brews Coffee House hours have changed. You can find them 6 am to 8 pm Monday – Thursday, 6 am to 9 pm Friday, 7 am to 9 pm Saturday and 7 am to 7 pm on Sunday.
Menu Changes
- Run-N’ Erin’s launched their new menu today which includes fun additions like sliders, spaghetti balls and more. Visit their Facebook page to check it out.
- Jasper’s Java fall menu has launched. Check out their fall latte and lotus flavors and let us know which is your favorite!
